Located on 6.5 private acres in the Snohomish countryside, surrounded by old growth trees...heal, rejuvenate, and relax.

Come for a massage; soak in the outside air in our jetted hot pools and Alaskan cold plunge; heat up in our eucalyptus chromotherapy steam room; spend some quiet time on our tea house next to our crystal reflection pond; or lose yourself on the meditative Muriel Lisa Prayer Path.

Our weekends are increasingly popular. To ensure we reserve a place for you, we ask you to make a reservation for hydrotherapy as well as massage. Frederick, my massage therapist for years in Seattle, has built a dreamscape in which he now practices his art: after hot steams and tubs with cold plunges between, tension has nowhere to hide. Standing naked in the open air, drinking a third bottle of water because it tastes so good, a rinse cycle has begun...and the best is yet to come under the dancing, intuitive and skilled hands of master Frederick. I have no doubt his hand-picked therapists are creme de la creme. The groove is pure bliss. Look, it is only because the place is worth the drive and so deserving of sustained success that I give it up for the GS...I really don't want to share, but some of you deserve this. “This is a first class retreat for relaxation. I can't believe a place like this exists. It is tucked away just northeast of Seattle in a beautiful area surrounded by tall trees and serenity. When I arrived I was met by Frederick, the owner. He and his staff made sure my trip was enjoyable and relaxing. I started out on the Hydrotherapy Circuit before my massage. Kristine was my massage therapist and I can honestly say that I have never had a massage as good as that one...and I have had many massages. After my massage I continued again on the Hydrotherapy Circuit and I enjoyed the afternoon outside in the hot tubs and enjoyed the beautiful weather. I will definitely be back again and again. Give this place a try and you will see what I mean."
